511 Tech Solutions – Maintenance Support Contract - Outline

Aims and Objectives of Help Desk Phone and Remote Maintenance Plan:

To maintain a robust and reliable IT Infrastructure with smooth operation throughout the term of the maintenance plan.  Also to keep Client informed at all times of any and all discovered vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the IT infrastructure and security, with knowledge of how to solve these problems in a cost effective and timely manner, as requested and as the need arises.

 

Help Desk Phone and Remote Maintenance Procedure:

This type of support is appropriate for minor IT issues which can be addressed quickly via telephone and possibly Remote Access Support (Team Viewer, for example).    Where the IT issue cannot be addressed via Phone and Remote solution, a reduced call out fee which is 50% less than the standard non-contract rate will be available.   This maintenance support plan is offered subject to the conditions shown below.

 

Conditions:

511 Tech Solutions offers Help Desk Phone and Remote maintenance contract to Sole Trader or Small Companies, if and only when all necessary corrective maintenance jobs have been completed in their entirety.    These necessary corrective maintenance jobs are discovered and documented after the initial survey has been conducted.


 

Help Desk Phone and Remote Maintenance Plan Costs (Yearly):

 

Service: Free telephone and remote diagnostics response to queries (response guaranteed within 4 normal working hours)
